We have two double bedrooms and cater for one to four people, both rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, heating and for the warmer weather fan cooling. We can also provide a childs put you up bed if required.We  have a guest dining room, guests bath /shower room bath and hand towels provided ,

Communal lounge providing Satellite English and Spanish TV, video, and DVD along with a wide range of reading from our collection of books. We have a patio area surounded by tropical plants orange lemon apricot manderine apple and cherry trees and  four metre dipping pool which you  have full use of ,or if you prefer you can while away the evening sitting out in our kitchen court yard under the grape vines and kitchen herb garden.

We have telephone internet and washing and drying facilities for a small additional charge.

We provide either a Continental breakfast of cereal, toast, home made preserves, croissants, fruit juice, tea and coffee or if preferred a full English breakfast.

For those of you who are viewing to buy your new home here in Spain or just taking a day trip out, we can provide you with a traditional Spanish packed lunch made with local fresh produce, we provide a  selection of lunch time snacks.  We also cater for evening meals if prefered, Four course meals cooked daily by Mandy who worked in hotel catering for nearly fifteen years .  Menus are provided in each bedroom and guest dining room.

Child minding service hair dressing and beauty treatments can also be provided.
